#AlexaTurns3 in India, as Amazon brings user stories from across the country

View the film conceptualised by Amazon's in-house team and Good Vibes

Amazon India has unveiled a campaign – #AlexaTurns3 – to celebrate the virtual assistant becoming an integral part of consumers’ lives over the last three years. The e-commerce giant celebrated Alexa’s anniversary by showcasing user stories from users across the country.

The six-video campaign, that emphasises befriending Alexa’s ‘blue light’, showcases varied use-cases of Alexa across different customer segments. It features seasoned users at an old-age home dancing and singing to their favourite tunes; assisting users with a disability; hands-free home control, and creating lasting memories with families. The campaign has been conceptualised by the Alexa India team and Good Vibes.

“Alexa has become a family member in millions of Indian households today. A voice interface humanises the interaction between the user and a smart device and is a very natural way of engaging with technology. With Alexa our aim is to create new possibilities to touch lives and bring a meaningful change.” said Puneesh Kumar, country leader for Alexa, Amazon India.
