Cowboy Jackie Shroff pushes ‘it pays to be good’ proposition for Cred

Watch the film conceptualised by Tilt Brand Solutions here

After its much-talked-about IPL campaign featuring Bollywood veterans like Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dikshit, Govinda, Bappi Lahiri, Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik, Cred has unveiled a new film. This time, the credit card bill payment app has focused on its ‘It pays to be good’ proposition and has left its ‘auditions’ creative route behind.

The new ad feels somewhat Texan and features actor Jackie Shroff in a cowboy avatar. It opens to actor Neil Bhoopalam walking into a gas station store for beer. After trying to get the sleeping owner’s attention, he takes a six-pack and is almost tempted to walk out without paying for it. Nevertheless, he swipes his credit card. At that moment, the sleeping owner wakes up (revealing himself to be Jackie Shroff) and throws the boy a pack of chewing gum as a ‘reward’ for being good.

The film has been conceptualised by Tilt Brand Solutions.
