D&AD Video: Agnello Dias, Taproot

Gunjan Prasad caught up with Agnello Dias, chairman and co-founder Taproot India at the D&AD judging in London

We spoke to Agnello Dias, chairman and co-founder Taproot India at the D&AD awards, about any common characteristics demonstrated in the more successful campaigns. Dias said that he’s spotted a trend where a lot of the campaigns are about doing social good rather than selling products or brands.

He added, “It maybe a fall-out of a certain amount of responsibility creeping in because of the recession which maybe a false sense of responsibility. It’s almost like everyone’s trying to save the world.”
