Ikea "there's no bed like home"

Watch the film conceptualised by Mother here

Ikea is giving its "there's no bed like home" campaign another big push.

For a start, the furniture retailer is rerunning its gorgeous "bed" spot on TV and has opened a breakfast-in-bed café in Shoreditch, East London, as a PR stunt. But the brand has also released a four-minute online film by Mother that follows the expedition medic Dr Rob Conway as he traipses around frozen tundras and is narrated by his partner. The spot ends with Conway climbing into his bed at home and is best described as an ode to creature comforts. It was directed by Charlie Crane through Knucklehead.
