The ad film is a nod to the work commitment of its 16000 employees. The animated film shows little yellow workers likened by the narration to the Shoemaker's Elves who get the job done while remaining out of sight. The film shows groups of these characters going about in the night working at the airport, inside the aircrafts, in hotels and also at the company's technology centers from 'New York to New Delhi'. They return back as the day breaks having successfully completed another round of upkeep and maintenance. The film ends with the brand logo and a sign off saying 'They make the world go round'.
