Olx takes on the uncertainties in life with humour

Watch the ad film conceptualised by Enormous Brands here

Olx has rolled out a film that follows the journey of a young boy as he grows up and how his needs change over time. The film has been conceptualised by Enormous Brands.

The protagonist recounts that when he was young he believed that his 'life would be set' if he would become a pilot. His father instead asked him to take up engineering and claimed that would make his life 'set'.

As he grew up, he thought once he built a body, his life would be 'set'. To help him achieving that, he bought fitness equipment from Olx. As life went on, his wishes changed. His next wish was a phone. Then, a bike followed. Post that, the next missing element in his life was love. As he achieved everything and started to believe everything was 'set', his love asked him to get rid of the fitness equipment from the room. The circle continued with the man taking to Olx again to get rid of it. The film ends with the protagonist saying 'life kabhi set nahi hoti, isliye jo chahiye khareedte raho, jo chahiye bechte raho. Olx karo, aaghe badho'. (Life is never set, and you need to keep selling and buying things. Hence, use Olx to go ahead in life).

The film was released on social media on 21 July.
