Year 2010 was a year with many ups and downs for the agency. The agency lost a couple of key accounts, notably MTS, and some senior hands, Saatchi & Saatchi failedto win a good deal of new businesses. Empanelment for Air India and ONGC, along with accounts of CIBIL and Harley-Davidson were bagged by the agency through the year. In terms of exits from the company, over the year, Ayan Chakraborty, executive vice president, Hanoz Mogrelia, Juju Basu, Vijay Simha and Rajesh Gola, creative directors have moved on from the agency. Meanwhile, Titus Upputuru and Niharika Awal moved to Saatchi & Saatchi as executive creative director and associate creative director respectively.Holding company Publicis started two new business units – retail marketing agency Saatchi & Saatchi X and Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare.
