‘Yet to decide’ future course of action; agency finalising Bengaluru head

Kaustav Das, EVP - South, Ambience Publicis, exits

Kaustav Das, EVP - South, Ambience Publicis, has exited the agency. His last day at the agency was 6 September 2013. When contacted, Das said he is yet to decide on his future course of action.

He reported to Nakul Chopra, CEO, South Asia, Publicis. The agency has decided not to fill in the position of EVP-South, but a Bengaluru head is currently being identified.

Nakul Chopra said, “We will be roping in someone to run the Bengaluru operations. The person will report into Paritosh Srivasatava.”

Srivastava, EVP, is based in Mumbai.

Das joined Publicis in 2008, after a brief stint as managing director, Orchard India. At Publicis Ambience, he was mandated with launching the agency’s Bengaluru office. He has worked at Sobhagya, Sistas, O&M, Lintas, Mudra, RK Swamy/BBDO, EuroRSCG and TBWA in past assignments.
