24 hours with... Arijit Ray

Ever wondered what an ideal day in the life of someone from advertising/marketing/media is? We're here to spill the beans on it.

Every Tuesday, we'll have a person from the advertising/marketing/media industry profiled in this section.

Name: Arijit Ray
Job: Chief executive officer and founder, The Unlock Company
Professional mantra: Excellence. Give it your all in what you do.
Personal mantra: Evolve and manifest. Work with the spirit of service and serve.

6:30am: Wake up. Walk a step to the most favourite corner. The Prayer Room. Prayer, Pranayam and meditation. The 45 minutes that keep me rooted and calm through the day.

7:15am: The first glass of water. Warm, tinged with lemon. Brush through the good old TOI and ET. Must admit the reading time has reduced drastically.

12:30pm: Make the calls that are urgent and important.

1pm: Lunch

Unlocking potential content for sessions that I conduct over the weekends on practical spirituality in everyday life.

430pm: Complete any pending bank work related to payments, and utility bills. Check Client payment deliverables, GST outgo status etc. Make follow-up calls.
