Abraham Alapatt to join Thomas Cook as head of marketing

Abraham Alapatt has been appointed as head of marketing for Thomas Cook (India). He assumes the new role with effect from next Monday, 15 October 2012. Alapatt has confirmed the news to Campaign India. 

His earlier assignment was with Future Generali India Life Insurance where he held the position of senior vice president and head - brand and corporate communication, customer service, rewards and recognition. He was with the company for four years.

Prior to this, Alapatt has been involved with senior marketing roles at Development Credit Bank and Reliance Mutual Fund (2005-08).

Alapatt has also spent close to six years in client servicing at Ogilvy Business Network (2000-05).
