Aegis Global Academy appoints Publicis

Publicis India has been assigned the creative duties of Aegis Global Academy. Part of the Essar Group, Aegis is set to launch its institute of customer service management and Publicis has been appointed primarily to handle this. The institute has been launched with the idea to close the gap between the education system and the requirement of the services industry.

Speaking on the win, Madan Mohan, executive vice president, Publicis India, said, “The vision that Aegis has for education is a very unique and differentiated one. We felt our ‘Contagious Ideas’ philosophy would work best in helping Aegis change the conversation in the category. We presented a complete launch package, which resonated well with them. I am really looking forward to the challenge.”

On being associated with Publicis India, Subir Ghosh, president Aegis Global Academy, said, “We knew that we had a winning idea in the academy but we were really strapped for time, this meant that we needed an agency which understands the challenge and delivers a completely radical solution. Publicis with its 'Contagious Ideas' philosophy had a great solution for us. We are very happy with the progress that we are making with them.”
