Avian WE hands new roles to Girish Huria, Manash Neog, Neha Mehrotra and Nikhil Khanna

Elevations on the back of the agency growing by 25% in 2022

Avian WE has announced four elevations across its senior team.
 
Nikhil Khanna, executive chair, Avian WE India, will continue with this role, but will also be part of a newly created advisory board which spans across APAC and EMEA. 
 
Neha Mehrotra, executive vice president, Avian WE, has been elevated as managing director. She will be overseeing all of Avian WE’s operations in India with a focus on office leadership, client leadership and market leadership.
 
Manash Neog, executive vice president, Avian WE and co-founder Chase India, has been elevated as managing director, Chase APAC. He will continue to oversee Chase’s operations in India and drive its expansion into Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.
 
Girish Huria, executive vice president - growth and new initiatives, Avian WE,  has been elevated as head - growth, APAC. He will be responsible for driving growth across the APAC region (Avian WE, Chase India, WATATAWA and WE Singapore and Australia). 
 
Kass Sells, global chief operating officer, president - international, WE, said, “India has experienced nearly 25% growth over the past year and represents one of WE’s fastest-growing and highest-performing markets. Nitin Mantri and I are pleased to give our strongest leaders new opportunities to grow and lead their teams and clients in India and across the region.”
 
Khanna will report to Sells, while Mehrotra, Neog and Huria will report to Nitin Mantri, regional executive managing director, APAC, and Avian WE Group CEO.
