Campaign India pays homage to Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri awarded Indian cartoonist, Mario Joao Carlos Rosario de Britto Miranda, popularly known as Mario Miranda. He was without a doubt, an acclaimed cartoonist who portrayed Goa like no one else did or could do.
