CIDCA 2015 awards night pushed to 15 June

Overwhelming response leads to prolonged judging process

CIDCA 2015 awards night pushed to 15 June
The finale of the Campaign India Digital Crest Awards 2015 (CIDCA) has been postponed from 3 June to 15 June.

The venue in Mumbai remains unchanged and the event will be open to guests purely by invitation, as in previous editions.

On the postponement of the awards night, Suresh Ramakrishnan, publishing director, Haymarket Media India, publishers of Campaign India, said, “The response this year has been overwhelming, despite one of the agencies defending the ‘Agency of the Year’ title, ibs, not entering the awards. With several new entrants including clients entering the fray and regular entrants sending in more entries, we have seen a steep increase, something we must admit we had not anticipated. With due respect to the process of judging, we are giving it more time, to ensure the same rigour as in previous years that result in the absolutely best work being celebrated.”

The Campaign India Digital Crest Awards honour the best work in around 20 categories. More on campaignindiacrest.com.
