Ginger Hotels appoints Windchimes Communications as its social media agency

Windchimes Communications has been signed on as the social media agency for Ginger Hotels, a chain of no-frills hotels from Roots Corporation Limited.

Commenting on this development, Prabhat Pani, chief executive officer, Ginger Hotels, said, “We acknowledge the potential of social media as a very important element in reaching out to our target customers. We are happy to have ventured into this space to engage with our customers.”

Nimesh Shah, head maven – Windchimes Communications, added, “The chain of hotels was excited to explore the social media space and they chose us to be their trusted partners. We will communicate with today’s travellers who are online and always on the look-out for smart yet comfortable options.”
