Initiative seeks to promote small businesses and will choose one woman entrepreneur every six months to help with mentorship and support

Isobar India group launches Queenpreneur
Isobar India group, part of dentsu Creative India, has launched an initiative titled 'Queenpreneur', aimed at upskilling women entrepreneurs. 
 
Keeping this strategy at the core, Isobar India Group's agencies Isobar, WATConsult and Perfect Relations have designed this program. 
 
This initiative seeks to promote small businesses. It will choose one-woman entrepreneur every six months to further help them scale their businesses through mentorship and support.
 
EarthPoorna, a healthy food product company, is the first recipient of the initiative. This brand is currently supported and marketed by Mitti Ke Rang, a social venture that works towards generating livelihood for women through its e-commerce portal.
 
Heeru Dingra, CEO, Isobar India group, said, "They say, a rising tide lifts all boats. We believe that when women come together to support one another, it creates a powerful space for collaboration, innovation and the collective advancement of society. Out of all the campaigns and initiatives we have rolled out in the past, the Queenpreneur holds a special place in my heart. I hope our expertise and guidance take these budding women entrepreneurs to the next level.” 
 
Sucheta Bhandare, founder, EarthPoorna, said, “I grew up in a farmer's family. My siblings and I used to help our parents with some farm activities. I have seen all the processes very closely. One thing I noticed is the farm-to-market gap, which causes many problems. There are many reasons for this problem. However, the farmers are the ones who suffer the most. We are working towards the sustainable development of farmers and providing wholesome, healthy food for our customers. All recipes are designed by a nutrition expert. We make laddoos in small batches as per order, so every customer gets freshly made tasty laddoos. This initiative will help us in unlocking the all-around potential of marketing.”
 
Amit Jain, co-founder, Mitti Ke Rang, added, “EarthPoorna is a golden combination of health and taste. It is not only light on the stomach but also on your pockets. It has transformed the lives of all stakeholders such as customers, farmers, and women entrepreneurs.
