Jose Leon joins Indigo Consulting as president
Indigo Consulting has announced the appointment of Jose Leon as president. Leon will lead the agency's 'digital design and build' vertical.

Prior to this he was with with Adobe.

Leon will have the strategy, technology, project management, delivery and operations functions reporting to him, across the agency’s Mumbai and Delhi offices. He will report to Rajesh Ghatge, CEO, Indigo Consulting, and will be based in Delhi.

Ghatge said, “Over the last few months, we have been executing a plan to evolve ‘design and build’ services at Indigo Consulting. We have 17 years of credentials in building, managing digital platforms and assets across the web, mobile and e-commerce, for large national and international clients. We are investing in leadership talent across business consulting, analytics and UX thereby expanding capacities to partner clients across their digital transformation journey. Jose brings with him some incredible technology experience and has partnered with large clients in the private, public and government sectors – consulting them and implementing large digital transformation projects for them. He has been entrusted with the important task of driving the ‘build’ agenda at Indigo Consulting.”

Leon said, “This is an amazing opportunity. The TAM (Total Addressable Market) for Martec alone is between $32B-$40B here-and-now and Indigo Consulting, being an integrated digital agency has capabilities across all spheres of this market opportunity. We are continously re-skilling and re-investing in our people in addition to bolstering our partnerships across the spectrum, from design thinking and augmented reality right up to machine learning, real-time analytics and block chain. I am looking forward to leading Indigo Consulting’s design and build function, and helping it reach the vast potential I see in it.”
