Commenting on what can be expected this year, Bindu Nair Maitra, editor, Kyoorius Design, said, "Kyoorius DesignYatra has served as a valuable meeting point for agencies in India and abroad in the sphere of design, branding and visual communications. The conference has served as an opportunity to understand and learn from some of the finest minds in the design and branding field, delve into their creative process and be inspired by their work. Kyoorius DesignYatra has attracted a cumulative audience of more than 8500 delegates over the last five years and we expect to host a delegate strength of 1400 for the 2011 edition."
She added, "For 2011, in association with Addikt, we have started a Tumblr blog called Road to DesignYatra which could be termed as a virtual road-trip. It is an attempt to document our annual journey as we prep up for India's biggest design conference. On the blog, we are producing content from past and present speakers, past delegates and veterans from the field of design and advertising who have been a part of past editions, in an attempt to curate the DesignYatra story."
