Day five of the Lions Live saw Harshada Menon, group creative director, DDB Mudra Group, share her experience and learnings from the 'See It Be It' programme from 2018.

Appearing with her daughter, Menon spoke about the importance of putting your 'motherhood on the table'.

She said, "If you're a working mother your office needs to know that you have two full time jobs. Being a mom is hard work. Talk about your kids to people at work as it's one way of reminding them that motherhood is a big part of your everyday life."

She ended her five-minute talk by saying, "Workplaces need to empathise with moms and it is true that moms make great leaders. So like Jackie Jantos (mentor of the programme in 2018) said, 'put your motherhood on the table and leave it there for the world to see it'."
