MMGB: Drive safe, save money

MMGB: Drive safe, save money

This rainy Monday morning (in many cities), driving safe is top of mind. And given the Campaign India Digital Crest Awards on 11 June, this piece of work that uses technology to incentivise safe drivers had to be our Monday Morning Gloom Buster!

Aviva has launched an app called 'Drive'. Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO created the campaign and collaborated with Aviva on the app, which plugs into a car's GPS and assesses the driver on safety.

Safe drivers can receive up to 20 per cent off their car insurance by sharing their score with Aviva.

See details on the app here:

The TV spot features the comedian Paul Whitehouse as a leather-clad biker who turns out to be a safe hatchback driver.

Watch the spot here.
