MSL India appoints Ajit Pai, Shreela Roy, and Rajesh Narwankar

Pai moves from Adfactors PR, Roy moves from Genesis BCW, whereas Narwankar joins from PwC

MSL India (Publicis Groupe’s Strategic Communications and Engagement Firm), has announced three key leadership appointments. 
 
Ajit Pai has been appointed as vice president and lead - MSL Bengaluru. In his new role, he will be leading and responsible for strengthening client relations in the South. He moves from Adfactors PR, where he was group head. 
 
Shreela Roy has joined as vice president, Mumbai and lead - FinCom practice. She moves from Genesis BCW, where she was director for corporate and financial practice. 
 
The agency has also appointed Rajesh Narwankar as vice president and head of talent and culture.
 
In his new role, Narwankar will lead resource management and enforce innovative talent movement processes to create a sustainable people infrastructure. He moves from PwC, where he was associate director - human capital.

In a career spanning over 17 years, Pai has also worked at Edelman, APCO Worldwide and BCW. Roy, on the other hand, has a career spanning over 15 years. She has also worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Edelman, Ketchum Sampark, and HDFC Life, among others. With over 15 years of experience, Narwankar has also worked with companies like PwC, Leo Burnett, Edelman and BMR Advisors.
