Neel Pandya joins Pyxis One as CEO, Apac

Moves from L'oreal

Neel Pandya joins Pyxis One as CEO, Apac
AI start-up Pyxis One, has appointed Neel Pandya as the new chief executive officer for its Apac business.

In his new role, he will be responsible for strategising and expanding Pyxis’ Apac business, by enhancing current processes and protocols to build the future roadmap. Pandya will also ramp up the hiring for the brand, across departments including marketing, sales, and operations. He will also spearhead an initiative to build a community of AI experts within Pyxis.

He moves on from L'oreal, where he was head of media and digital.

Pandya said, “It’s an exciting time for AI and I am beyond thrilled to be joining as the CEO of Pyxis One. I have been closely following the growth of Pyxis, and I must admit, it is one of the few start-ups that are growing rapidly in a short span of time. It’s going to be a positively challenging position as Pyxis makes its mark across the global landscape and APAC operations begin to ramp up multi-fold.”

Shubham Mishra, the company’s CEO since 2018, has been elevated as global CEO.

He said, “Neel is one of the sharpest minds our country has. He sees and believes that AI infrastructure for marketing is all set to transform the way we approach business growth itself. We have started expanding into the Americas and Europe faster than we expected and having Neel with us will make our expansion efforts a lot smoother.”

With over 15 years of experience, Pandya has also worked at companies like Vodafone, TAM Media research, GroupM and The Indian Society of Advertisers.
