Scarecrow bags new business
Scarecrow Communications, the newly founded agency by Manish Bhatt, Raghu Bhat, Joy Sengupta and Vivek Suchanti, has announced the win of two accounts. The agency has bagged Shriram Transport Finance and the Religare Macquarie business, both won after a multi-agency pitch.

Confirming the win to Campaign India, Bhatt said, "Shriram Transport Finance is the category leader in commercial vehicle finance and automotive finance. We have won the multimedia duties for the company. Hence we will be handling the creative, media, digital and the public relations mandate for the brand."

The other agencies in the fray for this account included R K SWAMY BBDO and Madison.

Commenting about the Religare Macquarie win, Bhatt commented, "This business, too, was won post a pitch. During the pitch, Scarecrow went ahead and gave them solutions that went beyond the usual electronic media mix. The client liked our approach and hence awarded the business to us."

Vikas Agnihotri, CEO, Religare Macquarie said, "Its a wonderful opportunity for us to work with the team at Scarecrow. Manish, Raghu, Joy and Vivek are equally passionate about the wealth management business as we are and that stood out strongly when they presented to us, alongwith other agencies. We are very fortunate to be working with them."

Campaigns for both brands have already broken. The Religare Macquerie campaign uses a media mix of print and outdoor.
