Spikes Asia 2018: 60 shortlists for India on day one
On day one of Spikes Asia 2018, Indian agencies received a total of 60 shortlists.
 
Brand experience and activation 
 
FCB Ulka's 'Sindoor Khela' for The Times of India made the cut in this category. 
 
McCann India got a shortlist for 'Noon Assembly' for Kwality Milk too.
 
Design 
 
TBWA India's 'Blink to Speak' for Blink to Speak Eye Language book got four of the five Indian shortlists in this category. 
 
Grey India got the other for 'Sehat Ka Batua - The Health Purse' for Mahindra Rise. 
 
Digital 
 
Watconsult's #PowerlessQueen for Project Nanhi Kali earned a total of five shortlists in this category. 
 
Leo Burnett's 'Choose for Change' for P&G and MSL India's 'Touch of Care' for P&G is also in the running. 
 
Direct 
 
There were four shortlists in this category for Indian agencies. 
 
DDB Mudra has one for 'Project Free Period' for Stayfree.
 
FCB Ulka's 'Sindoor Khela' for The Times of India has made the cut in this category too. 
 
Leo Burnett has one for 'Sit Improper' for Whisper Ultra Soft. 
 
TBWA's 'Blink to Speak' for Asha Ek Hope is also in the running.
 
Film 
 
McCann has two shortlists in this category, one each for 'Father-Son' (Coca Cola) and 'Intensity' (Dainik Jagran). 
 
Grey's 'Black Slam' for Raymond has also made the list. 
 
Early Man Films' 'The Story of Kaveri' for Reforestindia.in is also in the running. 
 
Film Craft 
 
Six Indian entries have made the cut in this category. Four of these are from Early Man Films for 'The Story of Kaveri'.
 
BBH India's 'Start something epic' for Tinder and Grey's 'Black Slam' for Raymond are also in the running. 
 
Media
 
There are five Indian entries in the running in this category.
 
Grey Group's 'Sehat Ka Batua' for Mahindra Rise is in the running in this category too.
 
Lodestar's 'Samsung-NDTV Camera Partnership' for Samsung Smartphone Cameras is also in contention.
 
Mediacom has one for 'Gillette Bachelor of Shaving' for P&G India.
 
Mindshare's 'Activating Infection Alert System in Rural India' for HUL has made the cut. 
 
WATConsult's '#PowerlessQueen' has made the shortlists in this category too. 
 
Mobile
 
Cheil Worldwide has two shortlists in this category. Both come for 'The Good Vibes Project' for Sense International. 
 
Mindshare's 'Activating Infection Alert System in Rural India' for HUL and WATConsult's  '#PowerlessQueen' are in the running in this category too. 
 
Outdoor
 
McCann has three shortlists for Storytel Audiobooks. 
 
Grey's 'Sehat Ka Batua' is in contention in this category too. 
 
VML India alongside its South East Asia office has earned a shortlist for 'Posters With Style' for Toni & Guy Salons. 
 
PR
 
BBDO India has two shortlists for '#ReleaseThePressure' for Mirinda. 
 
Dentsu Webchutney also has two for '#PenguinDads' for Flipkart as does MSL India for 'Vicks - Touch of Care' for P&G. 
 
DDB Mudra's 'Project Free Period' for Whisper, FCB Ulka's 'Sindoor Khela - No Conditions Apply' for The Times of India, Ogilvy's 'Where's the DNA' for Gordon Thomas Honeywell, Leo Burnett's 'Sit Improper' for Whisper Ultra Soft and WATConsult's '#PowerlessQueen' is also in the running. 
 
Print and Outdoor Craft
 
The only Indian entry to be shortlisted in this category is 'Kanyakumari' for Society Tea by Black Swan Life Communications. 
 
Print and Publishing
 
Taproot Dentsu has four shortlists for the campaign for Panasonic Security System. 
 
Famous Innovations 'Don't Eat The News' for Religare Health Insurance and TBWA's 'Blink to Speak' for Asha Ek Hope are also in the running. 
 
Radio and Audio 
 
Grey Group India (None for the road for Volvo) and McCann (Cigna TTK Health Insurance) have a shortlist each.
