On an evening when Mindshare China stole the show at the Tangrams Effectiveness & Strategy Awards, Mindshare India bagged one of the two Platinum awards (the highest honour) given out that evening and a couple of golds to make the Indian presence felt at the awards.
Mindshare's Platinum and Gold haul came for "The adaptive light house" campaign, that it executed for soap brand, Lifebuoy. The agency won a total of nine awards that also included three silvers and two bronze metals, all for the same campaign.
Apart from Mindshare India, CHE Proximity Australia also won the Platinum award.
WAT Consult was the only other Indian agency to win at Tangrams. It picked up a bronze for its "mind your language" campaign for Racold.
The Tangrams Effectiveness & Strategy Awards, were presented tonight at the end of day two of Spikes Asia 2019.
Mindshare APAC was named Network of the Year, while Mindshare China won both Media Strategy Agency of the Year and Digital Strategy Agency of the Year. CHE Proximity Australia was declared the Effectiveness Agency of the Year.
The juries awarded two platinum, 15 gold, 27 silver and 30 bronze awards, for a total of 74 Tangrams, from the shortlist of 135 and 444 entries.
