Spikes Asia 2023: 61 wins for India
The organisers of Spikes Asia have announced Gold, Silver and Bronze winners for the 2023 edition.
 
Australia leads with the highest number of Spikes with 65 awards in total. India is ranking second with 61, followed by Japan with 36.
 
Leo Burnett leads the Indian tally with a total of 13 wins. The tally comprises five Gold, four Silver and four Bronze. 
 
VMLY&R is second on the list with three Gold, Silver and Bronze each. 
 
Other agencies to win Gold included Kinnect (two), BBDO, Ogilvy, DDB Mudra, Kinnect, McCann and The Womb.
 
All the Gold wins compete for Grand Prix and special awards, which will be announced on 9 March. 
 
Brand Experience and Activation 
 
VMLY&R India bagged a Gold for Maxx Flash’s ‘The Killer Pack’. The agency also won two Bronze Spikes for Unipads’ ‘Adeli’ and Unilever’s ‘Smart Fill’.
 
Ogilvy won a Silver and Bronze each for Cadbury Celebrations’ ‘Shah Rukh Khan – My Ad’.
 
Leo Burnett won a Bronze for Whisper’s ‘The Missing Chapter’.
