Sudip Ghose elevated as MD at VIP Industries
The VIP Industries board has approved the elevation of Sudip Ghose as the new managing director with effect from 1 April 2019. Ghose is currently CEO at the company. 
 
He had joined VIP Industries in 2013 as head of marketing.
 
Radhika Piramal, vice chairperson, VIP industries, said, “During the last few years, Sudip has been instrumental in driving the growth for the company. He has successfully built brands like Skybags, Aristocrat and steered the company on the path of sustainable growth. Sudip joined the organisation as head of marketing in 2013 and in the last six years has made invaluable contribution in various capacities including sales and marketing. I am confident that under his leadership, the company will continue to grow.”
 
He as also appointed as an additional director of the company with effect from 8 February 2019.
 
Ghose has also worked with Samsonite South Asia, Onida, Whirlpool India, Reliance and Bausch & Lomb.
