TBWA\India bags creative duties of Sterling Gera Residence

Sterling Gera Residence, a joint venture between Sterling Developers Bengaluru and Gera Developments Pune, has appointed TBWA\Bangalore as its creative agency following a multi-agency pitch.

TBWA’s first task under the mandate is to launch the upcoming Varthur Lake project in Bengaluru, the JV’s maiden venture.

Rohit Gera, managing director, Sterling Gera Residence, said, “The residential real estate space in Bangalore is quite challenging with many established and new players launching new properties on a regular basis. We are venturing into this competitive market with an offering unlike any the Bangalore market has yet witnessed. We were looking for an agency that would help us amplify this difference. TBWA\India, with its unique strategic approach seemed like a perfect fit.”

Explaining the mandate, Nirmalya Sen, managing director, TBWA\India, said, “There are few categories as steeped in communication conventions as the real estate category. To be able to disrupt them is a challenge that has always got us going. And we hope to do that again.”

Arindam Sengupta, vice president – South, TBWA\India, added, “We are thrilled that Sterling Gera Residence believed in our disruption approach and we are looking forward to the opportunity of launching this project in Bangalore soon.”
