Transfer Gossip: Who’s going where in the Barclays Premier League

Chilean midfielder, Alexis Sanchez is grabbing all the headlines this week, with Manchester United, Manchester City, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus showing major interest in signing the Udinese player. Reports earlier in the week suggested that Sanchez would be moving to Manchester City, but with interest from four other top clubs, Udinese can initiate a bidding war for the player. Read more here:

Liverpool continued with their interest in signing a central midfielder as reports circulated that the club would confirm Charlie Adam's signing by the end of the week. At the time of filing this report there was no confirmed development. Along with Adam, Liverpool also showed an interest in signing Argentinian, Gago. Gago currently plays for Real Madrid, and his agent has claimed that Liverpool could be the perfect club for him. Read more on this here:

Along with Sanchez, Manchester United are interested in signing Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric. But the Croatian has his list of suitors, and Chelsea seem most likely to land him. Read more here:
