ASCI upholds complaints against 114 ads
 
During the month of April 2019, ASCI investigated complaints against 206 advertisements. From these 49 advertisements were promptly withdrawn by the advertisers as soon as they received the ASCI communication. 
 
The Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) of ASCI upheld complaints against 114 advertisements out of 157 remaining advertisements evaluated by them. Of these, 59 belonged to the education sector, 35 belonged to the healthcare sector, five to personal care, two to the F&B sector and 13 were from the ‘others’ category.
 
AutumnWinter Communications and Design wins Desi Belle 
 
AutumnWinter Communications and Design has bagged the creative mandate for Desi Belle, a fashion brand for women. The partnership has begun with the agency executing a photoshoot in Bangkok for the upcoming Autumn-Winter collection. 
 
Cadbury Perk gets Ananya Pandey
 
Cadbury Perk has appointed Ananya Pandey as brand ambassador. Pandey features in the brand's latest campaign conceptualised by Ogilvy. Anurag Kashyap is also part of the campaign. 

 
Tarun Khanna joins InMobi's board of directors
 
The InMobi Group has announced the appointment of Harvard Professor Tarun Khanna as an independent director of the firm. With Khanna's appointment, the board of directors has reached seven.  
 
Ebro appoints Publicis India
 
Ebro's Indian arm has appointed Publicis India as its creative agency. The account was won after a multi-agency pitch and will be managed by the New Delhi office of Publicis India.  To begin with, Publicis India would work on pasta brand, Panzani. The brand would be launching several products under the Panzani umbrella in India.
