AdLift wins Asics' digital mandate 
 
AdLift has won the digital marketing mandate for sports shoes and active wear brand Asics following a multi-agency pitch. The agency will manage content across digital media platforms, SEO and manage the website.
 
GroupM's branded content 'Brew'
 
GroupM hosted an event showcasing exclusive content by specialist creators before clients, titled Brew. Across TV, radio, digital video and native content, 20 presentations were made to over 150 brand managers and marketers, informed a statement, at the day-long event. Clients had the option of going online and registering their bid for it after a presentation. Each property has been bid for by multiple clients, the release added. 
 
Lokmat Marathon in Aurangabad
 
Marathi daily Lokmat has announced the launch of Aurangabad’s first marathon, scheduled for 11 December 2016. The intent is to create an annual property featuring in the marathon calendar. Registrations will be on until 26 November. The marathon is being organised with U2CanRun.
 
fbb Blogstar Academy
 
fbb, the fashion vertical of Future Group, has rolled out an initiative called Blogstar Academy. It is a hunt for the next 'blogging sensation', providing a platform for bloggers to showcase their skills. Entries are open till 31 October. The 30 best bloggers will receive formal training from experts at the Blogstar Academy.
 
Ceat associates with Ajinkya Rahane
 
Ceat has signed a four-year bat endorsement association with Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane. The brand's logo will be present on Rahane's bat across all three formats of the game. 
 
Best Deal TV appoints COO
 
Best Deal TV, a 24/7 home shopping channel, has appointed Hari Trivedi as COO. Trivedi's mandate includes sales and marketing. He joins from Naaptol.com. Best Deal TV is co-owned by Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra and Akshay Kumar, according to its website. 
 
Vizeum offering for media companies
 
Vizeum, a media agency under Dentsu Aegis Network, has launched a consultancy service in India to help mainstream media companies adapt and transform for the digital ecosystem. 'Binary' will cover modules under two broad areas – Transition and Transformation – encompassing pricing and sales strategies, team training, technology-based real time sales support, digital audit and content strategy, among others.
