Aims to redefine English entertainment in the country through its programming

Woman TV launches in India
Woman TV, an English GEC (general entertainment channel), has officially launched in India. 
 
The channel aspires to celebrate and inspire women from all walks of life and redefine English entertainment for Indian audiences. 
 
Shweta Nanda, excutive producer, said, “Keeping up with the premium quality that Travelxp, Foodxp and other brands of our network are known for, we are now bringing Woman, a premium English general entertainment channel. Viewers are always looking for consuming compelling content, and we are confident Woman would be their destination to get curated and entertaining English content spread across reality, cooking shows, drama, lifestyle, etc."  
 
The channel went live on 28 July with shows such as Dynasty, Love Island, America's Next Top Model and Temptation Island.
