ZEEL calls off deal to acquire 9X Media
ZEEL has called off the deal to acquire 9X Media. The media company had announced the acquisition of 9X Media and its subsidiaries in Otober 2017 for Rs 1,600 million. 
 
In a statement, ZEE informed that the acquisition deal has been terminated/called-off by the company due to non-completion of certain material 'Conditions Precedent.'
