Warner Music renews partnership with Tips Industries 

 

Warner Music has announced that it has expanded its agreement with Tips Industries Limited (Tips Music). The music firms have been in partnership for over three years. This new deal will now see Warner Music take on the commercial and distribution responsibilities for all Tips Music’s frontline and catalogue music on all audio streaming apps. Furthermore, Warner Music will use its global network of experts to promote Tips Music’s artists and songs around the world, opening them up to new fans and opportunities.

 

SG Sports and Entertainment appoints Mahesh Bhupathi as CEO
 
SG Sports and Entertainment (SGSE), the sports and entertainment arm of APL Apollo Group, has announced the appointment of Mahesh Bhupathi as chief executive officer. He will be responsible for handling the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the business. Bhupathi aims to leverage emerging technologies to help build IPs as well as enhance fan and consumer engagemen. Furthermore, he will look at establishing key partnerships to create a supportive ecosystem that can marry sport and entertainment under the same IP.
 
Sunder Madakshira joins Sinch

 

Sinch India has announced the appointment of Sunder Madakshira as head of marketing for its operations in India. Madakshira moves from Rezolve, where he was chief executive officer. In a career spanning over 25 years, he has also worked with Adobe, SAP, Infosys, Wipro, and Hindustan Unilever, among others.

 

Collective Artists appoints Dhruv Sheth to lead its JV M19 Collective

 

Collective Artists Network has announced its foray into the content business with a new joint venture ‘M19 Collective’. For this venture, the media company has appointed Dhruv Sheth as CEO and co-founder. This initiative aims to develop intellectual properties (IPs) spanning branded content, offline experiences, fiction, and non-fiction for various platforms, leveraging the synergies of Collective's flywheel along with Sheth’s experience. 

 

Civic Studios appoints Pitchfork Partners as strategic communications partner

 
Civic Studios has appointed Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting as its new communication partner. With this appointment, the Mumbai-based strategy consultancy will spearhead corporate communications for Civic Studios to build and elevate awareness for the company. Furthermore, Pitchfork Partners aims to leverage its expertise to help the company enhance its brand recognition, engagement, and market presence in India.
 
Dharma Cornerstone Agency to handle Orry
 
Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), a joint collaboration between Karan Johar and Bunty Sajdeh has announced the signing of Orhan Awatramani (Orry). The agency will handle Orry's partnerships.
