Niti Kumar returns to Mudra Connext
Niti Kumar has re-joined Mudra Connext, a unit of Mudra MAX (Integrated communications planning and implementation). In her new role as associate vice president, she will be heading the operations of Connext in the North and East regions. Contract Advertising that had picked up Whirlpool’s water purifier account earlier this year has rolled out the maiden campaign for the brand.Targeting SEC A consumers looking for water purifiers in the RO category, the campaign depicts Whirlpool water purifier to make water so pure that it brings a smile to the face of foetus. The film, produced by MAD Films, uses special effects done by Prime Focus to simulate a scene inside a womb.Watch the film here:
Adidas announces new marketing director
Adidas India has promoted Tushar Goculdas as the new marketing director for its Indian operations. Goculdas has been with the Adidas Group in India since 2007, when he joined the company as director strategic projects and was responsible for identifying, developing and driving strategic projects to support growth and profitability objectives for the Adidas Group in India.

NDTV has announced the appointment of Sameer Kapoor as CEO of its Hindi news channel, NDTV India. As CEO, NDTV India, Kapoor will be responsible for driving the business of the channel apart from looking at revenues, distribution, general management and exploring new initiatives.Kapoor's experience spans across the publishing and consumer durables industry. Prior to NDTV India, he was president of the Metropolitan Media Company, the joint venture between the Times Group and HT Media, which publishes the tabloid Metro Now.
