Career-focused alternative education start-up, Masai School has launched its first-ever digital ad campaign. Named ‘Career hai, compromise nahi’, the campaign looks to throw light on the compromises the Indian youth is expected to make on the career front.

The campaign comprises three ad films that highlight the constraints and fears aspirants face while making career choices. The films also showcase Masai School’s offerings that aim to enable aspirants to overcome common challenges in choosing their dream roles in coding. Autumn Grey has conceptualised the campaign.

Ankur Kayesth, senior VP, Masai School said, “Our campaign ‘Career hai, compromise nahi’ is aimed at talking about the most common fears and judgements job aspirants face in their journey towards pursuing their dream careers. The ad films are also an articulation of the earnest efforts of Masai School to make a difference in the lives of those who wish to pursue a career in coding. Through this digital campaign, we hope to reach out to coding aspirants across the length and breadth of the country and emphasise that with determination and commitment, dreams do come true.”
