MMGB: Titan Raga urges India to #BreakTheBias, respect her success

Watch the film conceptualised by Ogilvy & Mather here

There's a day to go for Women's Day, which is celebrated the world over on 8 March.

Titan Raga, has put together a lovely campaign that will make all of us think of the subconscious gender biases that operate at work.

The video above speaks of Kiran's success. And Kiran happens to be the boss' favourite. They spend a lot of time working together, and Kiran has also been recommended for a promotion by the boss. As the performance review continues, the reviewers hearing Kiran and the boss' story visualise the duo – as you probably just did before seeing the film.

As the theme music kicks in, the brand leaves us with the message: 'Change the way you look at a woman's success. She is unstoppable now.'

More power to the women who have earned their success and are inspiring others, and to brand Titan Raga that celebrates them.

Have a wonderful week ahead.
