IBS was crowned the Agency of the Year at the Campaign India Digital Crest Awards (CIDCA) 2013. Besides a Platinum (Grand Prix) for its entries ‘Hyper Personalisation’ (and ‘Social Media Monetization’) for Tata Docomo, the agency won 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze awards across categories.
Maxus bagged the only other Platinum award of the evening for its entry ‘The Smallest Screen Turns into the Largest Store’ for Platinum Guild India.

IBS won its two Gold awards for ‘Hyper Personalization - the world's first, CRM powered, personalized, communication on Social media’ in the Use of Social Media category and ‘Tata Docomo Social Media Monetization’ in the Long-term Strategy category.
Webchutney won two Gold awards for its entries ‘Harmonium Love Banner’ in the Display category for Mohan Music Palace and for ‘Peeloo’ in the Showcase category.
Digital Law & Kenneth won a Gold award in the Integrated category for its entry for Idea Cellular titled ‘Idea Honey Bunny’.
Everest Brand Solutions took home a Gold award for its work on ‘Saburbia.com’ for MultiScreen Media (SAB TV) in the Apps – Online category.
Interactive Avenues’ work for Mahindra Four Wheelers titled ‘Live Young, Live Free’ won a Gold in the Viral Marketing category. In the same category, ‘Rajnee vs Chuck Narris - The East-West Story!’ for Expedia.in entered by Isobar also won a Gold award.
Maxus earned its Gold award for Platinum Guild India’s ‘The smallest screen turns into the largest store’ in the Mobile – WAP site category.
The Mobile – SMS / IVR category had two Gold award winners. The campaign for HUL’s Wheel entered by Netcore Solutions as ‘HUL Active Wheel Rural Mobile Campaign’ and Omnicom Media Group as ‘Wheel - One Miss Call’ won both agencies a Gold award each.
Agencies earned 30 points for each Gold award, 20 for Silver, and 10 for a Bronze award. Platinum awards did not carry points.
