Adfactors PR launches in SriLanka

Operations will be headed by CEO Rezani Aziz

Adfactors PR launches in SriLanka
Adfactors PR has expanded to Sri Lanka by setting up a office in Colombo. This is the fourth market the company has established a presence in, alongside India, UAE and Singapore.

The new company, Adfactors Public Relations Lanka, will offer communications services to Sri Lanka-based businesses domestically and internationally. The firm believes this presence will also be useful to Indian companies which have business operations in Sri Lanka.

Rezani Aziz will head the Sri Lanka operations as CEO. She has formerly been the head of corporate affairs at Standard Chartered Bank, and COO, Strategic Alliance PR (an affiliate of Burson-Marsteller) in Sri Lanka.

Madan Bahal, co-founder and managing director, Adfactors PR, said, “The intense economic activity in Sri Lanka will have a direct correlation with demand for competent communications services. As a multi-speciality firm with expertise in sectors such as banking and financial services, infrastructure, transportation, energy and natural resources, we will be able to provide expert counsel to Sri Lankan, Indian and multinational businesses operating in this beautiful island nation.”

Aziz added, “We wish to bring about a paradigm shift in public relations services in the Sri Lankan market. Through a combination of domain expertise, best available local capabilities and seamless execution across the region, we will offer clients superior return on investment on their communication spends.”

The launch was marked by an event in Colombo on 8 May 2014.
