BIBA Apparels appoints Starcom Worldwide

Starcom Worldwide has been appointed as media partner in India by BIBA Apparels, a women’s apparel brand. The brand has joined hands with Futurebrands to promote its offerings across the country. Starcom’s Delhi office will manage the account.
