DMA 2012: Jury revealed for third edition of awards

Campaign India Digital Media Awards 2012, which is now open for entries across 13 categories, has revealed a mix of Indian and international digital media practitioners as part of the jury.

The first list of jury members announced for this year’s awards include Joji Jacob, group executive creative director, DDB Group Singapore;  Grant Hunter, regional creative director Asia, Iris worldwide; Barney Loehnis, head of digital, Ogilvy Asia Pacific; Jason Kuperman, vice president Asia Pacific, digital development, Omnicom Group;  Benjamin Grubbs, executive director, interactive media, Turner Broadcasting Asia Pacific; Carlton D’Silva, chief creative officer, Hungama Digital Entertainment; Brijesh Jacob, managing partner, 22feet; Prashant Challapalli, business head, Jack In The Box Worldwide;  Ashok Lalla, leader - digital, Mindshare; Satish Ramachandran, vice president - interactive, Draft FCB Ulka; Chhaya Balachandran Aiyer, founder, BC Web Wise; Ajai Jhala, chief executive officer, BBDO India; and Russell Barrett, managing partner, BBH India.

Entries are open for the awards.  This is the third edition of the awards property.  The DMA honours the best in digital marketing and communications in India, highlighting breakthrough works that demonstrate creativity and effectiveness across the industry.

Commenting on the jury panel, Suresh Ramakrishnan, publisher at Haymarket Media India, said, “Digital in India is growing faster than any other medium. We are delighted to have a fantastic mix of jury members who will look at new tools and formats to compete in the digital media space. The jury consists of Indian and international digital evangelists. We are delighted to have them on board.”
