Happy Birthday, Mac, you're 25

It's now 25 years since the Mac was born. There are some in adland who take the Mac for granted, and they need to know what a milestone the emergence of the Mac was. There might be a few who have never seen 1984.

Happy Birthday, Mac, you're 25

It's now 25 years since the Mac was born. There are some in adland who take the Mac for granted, and they need to know what a milestone the emergence of the Mac was. There might be a few who have never seen 1984.

There is so much to learn from Steve Jobs. I've kept abreast of all his old keynote speeches in printed form. Thanks to the Internet, you can see the 1984 keynote here. The simplicity of the presentation – which is an Apple (and Jobs) hallmark – is an object lesson.

And if you wanted to be reminded on how to think different, here's Think Different, from Apple.

You have time on your hands? Someone's put together a medley of the 'I'm a Mac, I'm a PC TVCs.
Have a great week.
