India dazzles at Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Women to Watch 2024

Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Women to Watch 2024 celebrates 34 trailblazing women who are redefining marketing and communications across Asia-Pacific. Representing 12 diverse markets, including India, these women are recognised for their remarkable achievements, leadership, and transformative impact in their respective fields.

This year, India proudly highlights three winners—Chhavi Lekha, vice president of corporate communications and brand reputation at IndiGo, Lulu Raghavan, president-APAC at Landor, and Ruchika Varma, chief marketing, customer, and impact officer at Future Generali India Insurance. These women stand out not only for their strategic brilliance but also for their commitment to innovation and inclusivity in a dynamic and challenging industry landscape.

The awards span a wide array of sectors—from global agency networks and public relations to financial services and healthcare communications—spotlighting leaders at all stages of their careers. Whether seasoned veterans or emerging innovators, what binds these honourees is their ability to drive meaningful change and inspire the next generation.

Winners were selected through a rigorous process led by Campaign Asia-Pacific’s senior editorial team, including Rahat Kapur and Minnie Wang, and a distinguished external jury featuring experts like Allison Chew from AIA Singapore and Lilly Yip from PepsiCo. Candidates were evaluated for business achievements, leadership, collaboration, and industry impact, reflecting a benchmark of excellence across the region.

With India’s representation standing strong, these wins highlight the growing influence of Indian leaders on the global stage. Congratulations to the honourees for setting new standards and paving the way for a more inclusive and innovative future in marketing and communications.
