IndiaCast appoints Piyush Goyal
IndiaCast has announced the appointment of Piyush Goyal as chief operating officer. 
 
Goyal will work alongside with the operating heads of the TV news, entertainment and sports businesses of the Network18 Group. 
 
He will report to Rahul Joshi, managing director, Network18. 
 
He moves from Star India, where he was executive vice president, national head - affiliate sales. 
 
Goyal said, “I am extremely thrilled and look forward to spearheading Indiacast. It's a homecoming for me at Indiacast after ten years. With the ever-changing landscape in the media industry, there could not have been a better time to be part of this vibrant and fastest-growing media conglomerate.”
 
In a career spanning over 20 years, he has also worked with Network18, NDTV and DEN Networks, among others.
