Publicis Worldwide has announced that Eric Schmidt (pictured), chairman and CEO of Google and Maurice Lévy, chairman and CEO Publicis Groupe will discuss the future of the communications industry at the 2009 Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival.
In the first of an annual series of one to one interviews held at the Cannes Festival, "Maurice Lévy Invites..." Schmidt will answer questions posed by Lévy about key issues of the day and how Google sees the future.
The discussion will comprise of various topics including the renaissance of entrepreneurship during recession and how to turn crisis into opportunity.
The event is hosted by Publicis Worldwide, part of the Publicis Groupe.
