LS Krishnan joins Sakal Group as business head

He will report to Abhijit Pawar

LS Krishnan joins Sakal Group as business head

Sakal Media Group has brought LS Krishnan on board as business head - Publications. Krishnan will now be responsible for managing and improving overall operations of the publications from the Group and will also be involved in controlling the support functions such as HR, Finance and Events. He will report to managing director Abhijit Pawar. 

Krishnan is an economics graduate with a masters in marketing management from JBIMS, Mumbai, and has experience of around 22 years in media - spanning sales, event management, client servicing and media buying. He has worked in various organizations such as Mudra Communications, Group M and The Times Of India Group. Prior to joining Sakal, Krishnan was working with Mudra Max as President.

The Sakal Media Group's interests cover a regional newspaper, magazines, internet publishing and a regional general entertainment channel.
