Announcing the result of AAAI-Cannes Young Lions Creative Competition 2010, Vinod Nair, convener of this competition stated, "The Times Group and Advertising Agencies Association of India are giving a rare opportunity to young creatives in India to participate in Cannes Lions and compete with the very best young talent in the world."
 
In all 200 entries on the theme 'Don't buy animal-tested products' were received. In the two-phased judging, Ravi Deshpande, chief creative officer, Contract Advertising; Ramanuj Shastry, national creative director, Saatchi & Saatchi and Adrian Mendonza, creative partner, Dentsu India were jury members.
 
The team will be flying off to the Cannes Advertising Festival in June to participate in the International Young Lions Creative Competition. The Times Group, the official festival representatives of Cannes in India, will bear all the expenses of the wining teams' trip to Cannes.
