MySpace India hires Hari V. Krishnan as country manager

MySpace India has appointed Hari V. Krishnan as country manager. In his new role, Krishnan will be responsible for overseeing strategy and operations for the MySpace India business.Krishnan will lead the development of content, product and marketing programs, create advertising solutions for brand partners, and build strategies for driving users. He will be based in Mumbai and will report to Sung Lee, vice president of Asian operations for MySpace.

MySpace India has appointed Hari V. Krishnan as country manager. In his new role, Krishnan will be responsible for overseeing strategy and operations for the MySpace India business.

Krishnan will lead the development of content, product and marketing programs, create advertising solutions for brand partners, and build strategies for driving users. He will be based in Mumbai and will report to Sung Lee, vice president of Asian operations for MySpace.

Krishnan comes from Travelguru where he was vice president for corporate planning and marketing. Before joining Travelguru, he was manager of business development and strategy at Yahoo! India. He has also worked at Cisco in the United States for four years as product manager. At Cisco, he was responsible for managing an international team of product marketing specialists.
