Olive Crown Awards: Mediacom, G.A.M.E, Visual Communications and Lipton bag Gold
The fifth edition of the Olive Crown Awards were hosted on 27 March 2015 in Mumbai. The awards are hosted annually by the India Chapter of the International Advertising Association (IAA). 
 
At the awards, the 'Green Crusader of the Year Award' went to Sumaira Abdulali for her work towards reduction of noise pollution and illegal mining. 
 
The Corporate Crusader Awards were won by Apar Limited for their work on Govardhan Eco Village and Piramal Foundation. 
 
Gold wins on the night were Lipton in the Young Green Art Director of the year category; Visual Communications, Mumbai for Indian Paper Manufacturers Association in the Press Unreleased category;  G.A.M.E. for Kyoorius in the Events category; Mediacom Communications for Audi India in the digital category. Srinivasan K Swamy, president of the IAA India Chapter, said, "At IAA it is our mission to celebrate and honour individuals and corporates alike that have helped share the message of green Earth. Olive Crown has established the fact that what is good for mother earth, is good for business too. Sustainable development and prosperity can go hand in hand and are not as cross purposes. My congratulations to all the winners.”
 
Neeraj Roy, vice president, IAA and chairman, Olive Crown Awards Committee, said, “We are proud that the message of global sustainability is being spread far and wide with the help of mass media. With the International Advertising Association’s Olive Crown Awards we would like to celebrate this spirit and hope that we leave behind for our generation a clean and green Earth.”
 
The event also saw IAA and Yes Foundation sign a partnership agreement where both parties committed to jointly harness the power of media for social change.
