Percept integrates media, OOH units; Shripad Kulkarni exits
Percept has announced the restructuring and integration of its media businesses into a single entity ‘Percept Media’, effective 6 July.
 
The Percept Group has in its fold Allied Media and Percept Out of Home. Under the revised structure, the two companies will integrate under the banner Percept Media.
 
The leadership team will include Ajay Upadhyay, COO, Percept Limited, who will serve as chief mentor and be at the helm of the integration process of the media vertical, informed an agency statement. Sanjay Shukla, COO, Percept One, will be responsible for supervising the integration and restructuring process as a part of the Percept One portfolio, it added.
 
Shripad Kulkarni, CEO, Allied Media, has exited the company.
 
PM Balakrishna, COO, will take over as CEO of Allied Media, besides holding the title of EVP at Percept Media. 
 
Rajneesh Bahl will continue as CEO, Percept Out of Home, and also be EVP at the newly created Percept Media.
